SBC Food Pantry

Our Food Pantry works to meet the needs of families in our local community. To see if you qualify for Food Pantry assistance, contact our church office.

Peninsula Rescue Mission

Peninsula Rescue Mission is a men’s shelter in Newport News that also facilitates an Overcomer’s Progam and a free summer camp for needy children. Our members volunteer at the shelter and help to provide supplies and scholarships for the summer camps.

North American Partnerships

adam roberts and catalyst

Adam Roberts is a church planter in Colorado Springs, CO, who grew up in the Seaford Baptist congregation. Adam and his wife Ashley are in the process of planting Catalyst Church, Colorado Springs. Our church supports Adam with annual giving.

NAMB

As a Southern Baptist congregation, our church supports the North American Mission Board with our weekly offering, as well as other special collections throughout the year. This works supports church-planting and revitalization throughout North America.

Global Partnerships

Brian and Jerilyn White

Brian and Jerilyn White are our missionaries in Uganda with East African Outreach. Their focus is training indigenous pastors and reaching the children of their region.

Evelyn Biles

Evelyn Biles is the founder of Global Mosaic International. GMI meets the growing need for training in the areas of counseling, conflict resolution, mentoring, and servant leadership in the global Christian church.

Melody Warford

Melody Warford serves with Pioneer Bible Translators. She strives with her fellow workers at Pioneer to see the Bible translated into the heart language of every person on the earth.

Orphan Helpers

Orphan Helpers is an organization that works to reach abandoned, incarcerated, and at-risk youth in Central America. Seaford Baptist helps support the salary of an Orphan Helpers teacher with weekly giving.
