Membership

The first and best way to get involved at Seaford Baptist is to become a member. Each believer is called to make a personal commitment to Christ. We believe that commitment is to be lived out in the context of a local church.

Membership at Seaford Baptist is not a loose affiliation useful only on one occasion, but a covenant involving us in one another's lives for the purpose of the Gospel. As members, we promise to care for each other, to encourage each other and to hold each other accountable to the truths found in God's Word.

to join

1. Be a baptized believer in Jesus Christ.

2. Request church membership.

3. Attend a Starting Point Lunch in January, April, July or October.

4. Be voted into membership at one of our quarterly Members’ Meetings.

5. Take our Starting Point Class online.
